Return Policy: We want you to love your purchase! Unopened, non-custom items are returnable within 10 days of receipt (return shipping is your responsibility) for a refund. Customized items and Pink Collection items are not returnable, but if you're not happy, please let us know and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note that any refund amounts will be less applicable shipping charges and/or transaction fees.

Privacy Policy: We appreciate your business and want you to know that information that is collected from your visit and/or the checkout process (like your name, email, address, and IP address) is used only as needed, and never ever shared. We'll only email you to communicate about your order, unless you give us the ok to also send you news or updates and special offers.

Information such as your IP address and ISP may be collected during your visit to our blog or if you comment on a blog post. This is collected automatically by our content management system and used only for the ability to identify abusive and/or spam commenters.

Third parties, including Facebook, Google, and our email newsletter provider, may use cookies (a small piece of data that helps a site remember you, stored by your web browser), web beacons (a way to track which pages or content you've visited), and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. For the best visitor experience, our website and shop (shop.littlebitheart) also may use cookies, for things like loading pages you've previously visited faster and for our shopping cart and checkout process to function. Information provided by you for the checkout process on shop.littlebitheart.com is used only to process your order and payment. Customer information (such as your name and contact information) is included in your customer profile and may be deleted upon request. Things like your credit card number are not provided directly to us- payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or Paypal.

 


HOW DOES THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WORK?

We offer checkout through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or Paypal to offer you the most security. You can use your credit/debit card or login to your Paypal account to pay. We do not accept E-checks.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF?

Yes- for wedding invitation, save the date, and holiday card orders.

No- for everything else (stationery & gifts). We will go to print with your personalization exactly how you typed it in on the product page- please be sure to review it carefully in your cart before ordering. We can't proofread for you or be held responsible for errors on your final printed pieces- thanks for understanding!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE HERE?

We ship your order within 10 business days of receipt, or proof approval depending on your item(s). Throughout the process, if anything changes, we'll let you know.

WILL MY PRINTED ITEMS MATCH THE COLOR I SEE ON SCREEN?

Short answer: not exactly. Long answer: because computer screens handle colors differently than printers do, the colors in your printed piece will look different than what's displayed on screen. We do have printed swatch cards available if you'd like one (a fee may apply)- just drop us a line and we'll snail mail them right over.

HOW DO ADD ONS WORK?

Add ons are additions or upgrades you can add to your stationery or card order- you can upgrade to colored envelopes (from standard white) or add coordinating labels to your order.
